Cherry Blossom Cocktail
A gin cocktail recipe
A gin cocktail recipe
This is a drink my husband and I came up with after riffing off a recipe from an early 1900s cocktail book, ultimately changing everything about the first iteration except for the gin. It’s got a faint sense of vanilla—it’s light, spritzy, and leans very gently toward tasting like cherries 🍒
Ingredients:
3/4 oz Disaronno
3/4 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
3/4 oz Plymouth/Fords Gin
Cocktail ice cube, for shaking
For serving
1 oz Soda Water
2 maraschino cherries
Directions:
Add all besides the maraschino cherries and soda water to a cocktail shaker and shake 15-20 seconds until nice and chilly. Strain into a glass, leaving the ice behind. Top with an oz of soda water and the cherries. Enjoy!
